This page is shown before you buy anything. Every purchased copy also carries these terms in its LICENSE.md, and the included first-time setup records your explicit "I AGREE" before it configures the software.

Terms of sale — sold as-is

• Sold as-is, no guarantees. This software is provided exactly as it is, with no warranty of any kind — no promise that it is error-free, fit for any particular purpose, or always available. You use it at your own risk.
• Your data is your responsibility. Keep backups (a mirror script is included). The seller is not liable for lost, corrupted, or exposed data, or for anything the AI reads, writes, or does inside your folder.
• Nothing it says is advice. Output from any mode — trading, budgeting, planning, anything — is not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Decisions you make from it are yours alone, and the seller is not liable for their results.
• Third-party services. Claude Code and your Claude subscription are Anthropic's products under Anthropic's terms; the seller doesn't control their pricing, limits, or availability.
• Liability cap. If liability is found despite the above, the maximum remedy is a refund of the purchase price.
• Governing law & disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of [SELLER'S STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal action, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter by email first. Any dispute not resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that state. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Privacy notice — exactly what we collect

The product itself is local-first: your brain lives on your drive, and nothing inside it is sent to us — ever. This notice covers only this website.

• Launch-notify form: your email address, so we can tell you when ordering opens — plus, server-side, your IP address and browser user-agent (spam defense), same as the order form below.
• Order / training request form: what you type — name, email, phone (optional), shipping address — plus, server-side, your IP address and browser user-agent (spam defense).
• Where it goes: the request is stored in our infrastructure (Cloudflare KV) and deleted automatically after 90 days, and a copy is emailed to the seller's order inbox so we can reply and ship. That's the whole pipeline — we don't sell, share, or use your details for anything except fulfilling your request.
• Updater accounts: buyers get an account name and password (stored only as a salted hash) used to fetch updates; the updater records which install a license key is bound to. No telemetry, no usage tracking.
• Cookies & analytics: none. No analytics scripts, no trackers, no third-party requests on any page.
• Removal: email us and we'll delete your request record and, if you ask, your updater account.
